Healthy Living Checklist

Post it on your mirror or refrigerator for easy reference!
____ Drink lots of filtered, living water… 8-10 glasses per day
(see below for details on water)
____ Remember to breathe. Even take a moment to check in with yourself on how you are breathing. Do you find yourself holding your breath? Let it go. Now fill those lungs!
____ Check to see where your shoulders are. Consciously allow them to relax and move away from your ears. Combine this one with breathing in the previous note.
____ Remember, “garbage in, garbage out.” This is true for the words you read or hear in conversations or in the media. This is also true for foods and beverages you consume. (read my blog for more thoughts on this topic)
____ Get out in the fresh air and natural daylight as much as possible.
____ Exercise regularly to boost energy storage and production inside muscle cells. Can’t make it to the gym? No problem. Go for a walk, and breathe deeply!
____ Release that which no longer serves you. This could be anything from clutter to anger or bad habits, bad food and toxins. Clutter in your environment as well as the emotions you hold on to can effect your health adversely.
____ Make an effort to remove toxic materials and products in your home and work spaces as well as your body. see “Remove Toxins” click here
____ Laugh. Find something to smile about. Is it a memory? A pet? Find the joy in living… even if right now seems hard. Your happiness attracts other uplifting people into your life.

Add to the Healthy Living Checklist! What are some of your ideas?

LIVING WATER

Living Water. The water of life. The water that sustains life. It doesn’t come from our tap and it doesn’t come in a bottle. What IS living water? Where do we find it? How do we get it?

Living Water

Why is water so important for good health?

Water constitutes more than 70% of your body and plays a role in nearly every function, from regulating temperature and cushioning joints to bringing oxygen to the cells and removing waste. Severe dehydration can affect blood pressure, circulation, digestion and kidney function. On a daily basis, even mild dehydration can cause fatigue, dry skin, headaches and constipation.

Why is it so important to filter the water in your home?

  • Some of nature’s most valuable and essential anti-cancer and anti-disease phytochemical nutrients (commonly found in soy, fruits, vegetables, green tea, etc.) form deadly cancer- causing substances when combined with chlorinated tap water.
  • Today’s municipal water treatment systems were not designed to handle the toxic overload of pollutants such as prescription medications, chemotherapy, antibiotics and antidepressants, caffeine, antihistamines, etc. that are now commonly found in our water supplies.
  • Roughly one third of all bottled water is actually tap water.
  • Phthalates, chemicals sometimes added to plastic bottles to make them flexible and less brittle, are environmental contaminants that can exhibit hormone-like behavior in your body. Phthalates leach from the containers into water and food when heated.

What kind of water are you drinking? In what kind of water do you shower?

Living Water: the solution to water pollution in your home

Imagine water as nature intended: falling to earth through a pristine atmosphere—the clean, clear water flowing rapidly through a rock bed, picking up minerals and oxygen as it bubbles downstream. Meanwhile, far-infrared energy from the sun as well as the earth’s magnetic field adds energy to the water. The “Water of Life,” “Pi-water,” has very similar characteristics to your body’s water and is readily absorbed by your cells. It helps to increase your body’s own regenerative healing energy and balance.

Re-Create Nature’s Living Water in your home.

Experience the difference of a Living Water filter:*

  • Removes chlorine, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizing chemicals, bacteria & other solid matter as small as 0.1 micron
  • Restores natural trace minerals needed by the body
  • Oxygenates the water
  • Restores the water to the perfect pH (7.4) for healthy body functions
  • Restructures the water with natural magnetic and far-infrared energy

Transform your water into Living Water and enjoy the results.

I am happy to say that we use and drink Living Water in our home. Though I don’t advertise the filters on my website, I’m happy to pass along a pdf of product specs and quote a great price if you’re interested. The important thing here is to know what is in YOUR water and make good choices for your health.
