Swine Flu and Your Immune System   Leave a comment

The Swine Flu outbreaks we are seeing across the country can indeed be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. Here are some common sense tips to help you and your family through it.

1. Healthy Habits- remember to wash your hands and keep your hands away from your face, eyes, nose, mouth. These are entry points for bacteria and viruses.

2. Location! If you feel that your immune system is compromised, stay away from crowded areas, airplanes, subways, etc. Wear a mask if you need to.

3. Disinfect the air with essential oils like pure lemon, or tea tree oil that is added to water in a spritzer. Use an air filter with a HEPA filtration system.

4. Most importantly, get healthy on the inside. What does your body need to stay healthy? Your immune system protects you. Sometimes you can’t avoid exposure to viruses and bacteria. A healthy body can handle it. When the immune system works, those germs don’t stand a chance.

The rock I put my trust in is Natural Cellular Defense, liquid zeolite. Zeolite removes toxins and has many other nice attributes for going after the stuff in your system that doesn’t belong there. A clean body, without heavy metals and other toxins works better.

Secondly, you might say I appreciate mushrooms. In particular, I like the H1X1 strain of Agaricus Blazeii mushroom, rescued from the rain forest in Brazil. Check out the story here. Wouldn’t it be nice if your immune system knew the difference between good cells, and germs or defective cells? A highly potent and pure form of Agaricus mushroom, the H1X1 strain is extremely high in Beta-glucans. Put it this way… if Natural Killer cells in your immune system are the “hit men” of your body, finding and killing the germs, then the Beta-glucans are the “wanted” posters at police headquarters. The beta-glucans identify the bad stuff so the killer cells can go after them.
